DRUMS ALIVE - CARDIO DRUMMING
Drums Alive® joins the dynamic movements of aerobic dance with the pulsating rhythms of the drum. It is a unique sensorimotor program that is designed to give the mind and body instant feedback through continuous movement and rhythmical flow. It is a program that utilizes “whole brain – whole body” thinking by developing sensorimotor reflexes and kinesthetic awareness. The physiological and psychological benefits are numerous and include those found in traditional forms of aerobic fitness. The goal of Drums Alive® is to improve lives physically, psychologically, and socially, through a unique sensory motor drumming program involving drumsticks, an exercise ball, and music. Cardio Dance is a high energy, fast paced aerobic dance workout with easy to follow choreography, all set to great music ranging from the newest pop and hip hop tunes to everyone's favorite oldies. (Similar to zumba or a Werq class) Sneakers recommended.

Simple moves and exercises to maintain and/or improve balance, will help to prevent falls.

MONDAY SOUL YOGA FLOW
Vinyasa Flow class which focuses on the practice of asana, while blending breath and movement through poses.
This class involves more movement as the class moves through sun salutations, balancing poses, and a mixture of other postures.
This particular style of class allows students to work on both flexibility and strength before settling down into savasana at the end of the class. Mats needed and are available for use.
