ZUMBA
Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia, and samba set to sexy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, their abs, arms, and thighs are toned up and their energy level is soaring! There's no other fitness class like the Zumba Fitness Party. It's easy to do, effective, and totally exhilarating! (No experience necessary!)

DRUMS ALIVE - CARDIO DRUMMING
Drums Alive® joins the dynamic movements of aerobic dance with the pulsating rhythms of the drum. It is a unique sensorimotor program that is designed to give the mind and body instant feedback through continuous movement and rhythmical flow. It is a program that utilizes “whole brain – whole body” thinking by developing sensorimotor reflexes and kinesthetic awareness. The physiological and psychological benefits are numerous and include those found in traditional forms of aerobic fitness. The goal of Drums Alive® is to improve lives physically, psychologically, and socially, through a unique sensory motor drumming program involving drumsticks, an exercise ball, and music. Have fun while drumming yourself healthy!

CARDIO DANCE
Cardio Dance is a high energy, fast paced aerobic dance workout with easy to follow choreography, all set to great music ranging from the newest pop and hip hop tunes to everyone's favorite oldies. (Similar to zumba or a Werq class) Sneakers recommended.

EVERYDAY BALANCE
This is a "core strength" and balance class. This class is 45 minutes long and primarily focuses on the core, back, and leg muscles, (including ankles, calves, and tibialis anterior which aid in balance). Also, it teaches increased correct posture as well as techniques for maintaining and/or increasing balance. As you know, maintaining the ability to balance is extremely important as we age and CONTINUES TO DECLINE unless you choose to take a proactive approach.
EVERYONE NO MATTER THE AGE OR ABILITY CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS CLASS!!!
